in addition to this one camera we have 4 outdoor cameras powered by solar panels from CKK. they are all connected via the app. for the most part it all works very well. there are lots of features i wasn't expecting. there's a spotlight feature that can be turned on with motion, as well as an alert siren that can sound if motion is detected. i find that very useful when i'm home alone. the night vision is very good and the sound can be heard via the app if you turn it on. the app works well for the most part, but occasionally the events come in late via the app and sometimes the cameras don't trigger an event. i can say tho they are right that the only thing that triggers an event is a human. birds or insects attracted to the lights won't do it. i also had a question about the system i couldn't find an answer to online or in the manual so i used the help inside the app which is a chat and the response was immediate and was an actual person not a chatbot! the service was excellent. overall we are very pleased with the system and look forward to expanding it. the only reason for a 4 star review and not 5 is the app can be a little glitchy at times. if i could give it a 4.75 i would because everything else is great.
